Reading Challenge for 2019

I have decided that I should get back into blogging (it has been several years since I did anything consistently). What has inspired me to get started again? A reading challenge for 2019 by Stephanie Howell. She is someone I have been following for at least 7-8 years now (oh my - doing the calculations just made me realize I may have been stalking her - lol). She is just lovely and we share a love of reading (although my recent 25-30 books a year is no comparison to her 100+ books a year). Did I also mention that she is the mother of 5 girls, the oldest being 13? Yeah, if she can find time to read, so can I.

This is not a contest and I just look forward to more reading this coming year. I see many visits to my local library in my future. Going to the library has always been something that is calming for me. I love wandering around and discovering new authors. This past year I ended up starting to read books by Louise Penny. It's kind of fun to read stories based in your own part of the world (an added little bonus). But I digress...

So, here is the challenge that Stephanie has put out:

I am very excited to tackle this and see how many I can check off the list. May the year 2019 be a fun one filled with many amazing books!
